One burner in 4-burner Thermador gas cooktop does not ignite but spark occurs. Does anybody have an answer?

I have a Thermador gas cooktop SGS304RS. Right lower burner does not burn because there is no gas. The electronic ignition works. I cleaned the top cover over the gas supply. Also put a needle through the nozzle in the gas supply line. Still there is no gas supply. Does it mean the variable turn switch has failed? Or is the gas line plugged up? How do I open the top and get to the switch?

It sounds like the selector valve is bad. You will have to have it replaced. I would call a certified appliance repairman because it is a gas appliance and you don't want to take any chances.
