Best kind of cookware for my ceramic flat top stove?
My husband and I just purchased a ceramic flat top stove, and I don't know what kind of cookware is best for it. Your help would be greatly appriciated.
No matter what material you use, make sure the bottom of the pot/pan is flat, the sides squared instead of rounded and most of all that the bottom of the pot/pan is smooth, not rough. Never slide the pot to another area on the stove top. Instead, lift up the pot/pan and then place it onto another area of your stove top......
