Troubleshooting issue with the 1997 Superba Kitchenaid 22' to 27' no-frost side-by-side refrigerator?
I have a 1997 Superba Kitchenaid 22' to 27' no-frost side-by-side refrigerator, and I am having some trouble with the ice maker. It's always making this horrible grinding sound. It only makes about one tray of ice a day, and when it does make ice, it spits it out in these huge chunks. Anyone know anything about this problem?
you have a bad icemaker. you need to replace it. a new one will cost you about $100 if you do it yourself.
FYI, you cant have a 22'to27', its either or, not both.
