Anyone Know the process for selling edibles legally to a cannabis club?
Location: San Jose California
I have a legit card from a reputable DR. and I make some of the most amazing edibles. I would like to set up a business selling legally to cannabis club or two. I have experience in setting up a business, and so I'm mainly concerned with the steps it will take me to obtain the proper certification etc. Any help would be appreciated. I already have the kitchen/bakery facility and will comply with typical health and safety codes, etc. I plan on hiring an attorney to review everything but wanted to spend some time researching. Thanks.
