What brands should i stick to when buying home appliances?
Im buying appliances for my new home but im not sure which brands are the most reliable. Im thinking of buying a fridge, washing machine and microwave. Obviouslly Miele is the best but that is out of my budget. Other brands i have seen selling are Samsung, Fischer and Paykel, Electrolux, and BOSCH. Which of these brands are best for general home appliances?
Depends on prices and features: For entertainment I would stick with Sony or LG.
Kitchen - I have LG fridge and microwave and Whirlpool everything else big, except dishwasher which is a Kmart brand - and I have to keep cleaning the filter on it which I have never had to do with other dishwashers.
My 5y/o $10 Coles brand kettle is still going strong
Our washing machine is Fisher and Paykel and working fine 4 years down the track
Anything branded with at least a 1yr warranty you can GENERALLY rely on
