I have an built-in electrolux convection oven oven. Is it worth the call out fee?
The grill and fan still work but the oven no longer heats. Have taken the back cover off and seen that there are five rubber coated pins going into the back of the oven. The rubber has burned off one of the pins and left a brown smoke stain on the insulation foam. It is out of warranty and I'm told the call out fee to have it repaired is £70.
Probably the element gone, it should cost no more than £90 all in, shop around for a better price
